Fhyne identified a heart abnormality during her prescreen of my heart for an unrelated surgery and could have saved my life as a result. I immediately went to the Urgent Care Clinic where they confirmed her concerns, then went to the emergency room and was treated that day. Not what I was expecting, but so glad that she was diligent in her exam, and helped me get the treatment I needed.

Fhyne was very considerate and kind to me. Explained what the cause could be based on report from last visit with my gastroenterologist. Asked me to return if problem surfaces again for further discussion and possible treatment. I liked her VERY much.

From the front desk, to tech, NP everyone was amazing and so informative. The Lab staff was good as well with giving me instructions on my stool sample collection. I truly felt heard and cared for. APN Fhyne Dulnuan was amazing at listening to my concerns and although I was exactly 15 minutes late due to parking lot parking issues they still took me in and heard my concerns. The front desk woman (retro looking so cute) was amazing and did explain I might have to wait a little but she was amazingly informative, caring and understood my setback in the parking lot. Also she guided me with instructions to my chart and gave me the IT phone number incase of issues. Best Staff I've ever encountered from beginning to end and I'm a nurse who worked at NM Medicine for over 23 years - I must say they totally nailed it with the patient care first and truly cared about my concerns. Congrats on a great team. Please make sure this gets read out to the staff and managers because your team needs to be praised!
