FNP Way is thorough and professional and takes the time to go through my medical history. She takes time to listen and respond to my health concerns. The follow up visit notes are thorough and correct. But more importantly, FNP Way, Dr. G. and the staff are my "medical family". I'm so glad they are there for their patients.

“Felicity asks questions and then...”

Felicity asks questions and then listens to the answer fully, often with follow-up questions. While this may not seem unusual I've found many providers listen to half an answer (or less), form an opinion too early and jump forward with their assumptions. Felicity is also empathetic and has a very warm, human communication style. All good.
