“I have seen her several times an...”

I have seen her several times and each time I walk away feeling like she took little time to listen to my health issues. On the contrary, she talked more about medical terminology which is hard to follow. I felt on each occasion she jumped to a conclusion without complete explanation or discussion of a plan forward. Nor did she post any after visit notes to help provide further understanding.
