Dr. Ganesh is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. After seeing multiple doctors who were unable to move forward with a clear treatment plan, she took the time to thoroughly review all of my clinical notes, sleep study results, and prior diagnoses. She was able to connect the dots and put everything into perspective in a way no one else had.What really stood out to me was her ability to create a clear, thoughtful treatment plan and her willingness to continue working with me to improve my condition. She was referred to me by a family practice doctor at Austin Regional Clinic about 5 years ago and when that doctor reduced her practice, it was Dr Ganesh who suggested that it would be best for me to have all of my Drs within the same healthcare system. That began my experience with BSW. Prophetically speaking, it is where I was meant to be. I really should thank that Dr from ARC, because BSW has superior medical staff, not to mention patient skills.
