Dr Kojnok is a wonderful physician. People all over complain about availability of their doctors. I never worry about that. She does it all, everything necessary and then some... She never acts tired, never appears overworked, How she keeps it all together I do no know. It is because she is a very quality human being and doctor. She loves her career and takes care of all her patient families. That takes not just work, it takes dedication. So, increase her salary, she sure deserves it.
