My provider is excellent: up-to-date knowledge base, excellent communication skills (both listening and explaining), respectful and motivating.He is why I continue to come to the practice, as otherwise I might choose a clinic that is easier to get to, easier to reach by phone (though I appreciate and use MyChart), does not charge so much for parking, and has a laboratory that does not often have long waits.I don't change clinics because I value Dr Efird's care very highly.
