I had a pretty bad experience with not being checked in properly so I was waiting for almost an hour and then nobody communicated I wouldn't be seeing my normal doctor. But when she came in, she was full of joy, so sweet, and honestly might be my new provider because she was so understanding, caring, and really helped my son who was not happy to be there.
