There wasn't much of a physical assessment, especially since this was my very first visit AND I was coming in after an auto accident a few days prior. I expected the standard at least (auscultation of breath sounds, checking eyes/ears/nose/, and full body Individualized range of motion assessment including neck). I expected a more thorough exam. Her personality was pleasantly kind though and she listened well.
