“NP told me my wait was due to co...”

NP told me my wait was due to computer booting up and update. I had an 8 am appt. Sat in the exam room where I heard the NP and nurse chatting away for a long period of time during said computer reboot. Was very frustrating.

Real conversation, allowing well explained medical information and understanding of my particular issues. A great asset to the clinic for those of us that prefer a holistic option alongside traditional medicine. I felt listened to and well cared for.
