I've recommended Emily to many friends for good reason. Her demeanor is calm and welcoming, she's proactive but not pushy and very thorough. She explains everything as she's doing it, makes sure you understand the whole reason why if you need labs or testing. She is efficient, but doesn't make you feel rushed. She addresses everything I bring up and I can see that patient care is very important to her and her team. Thank you! I wasn't sure I was going to find a PCP that I love as much as the one I had to leave with my move to Minnesota!

My doctor's communication style felt very direct and somewhat aggressive, which made it difficult for me to share my concerns clearly. A calmer, more supportive approach would have helped me feel more comfortable and able to explain my symptoms accurately. When I followed up later, I felt dismissed when she suggested I was changing my story. Overall, I left the experience feeling frustrated and not fully heard.
