Very pleasant and easy experience. I've been "shopping around" since my primary left a few years ago, but haven't found a comfortable fit. Erika changed that. She was super nice, respectful, and easy to talk to.

Erica is an amazing NO. She listened, was empathetic, very knowledgeable, and gave excellent insight into all my questions. She responded so professionally, even if the topic was a bit embarrassing. I am a nurse and have high expectations of nurses and I do t know that Erika could have been any better. She also provided enough time to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed. She is an excellent NP. I hope she is recognized as such.
