This was my first visit with Dr. Heasley. Dr. briefly asked if I had any questions in the midst of her conversation with her nurse as they walked In. Those two continued their conversation during my exam. I felt like a 3rd party in the way. No focus on me. Exam was rushed. She was in room for just minutes even though I waited at least 15 minutes for her. I actually got dressed and asked my questions in the office area. I felt rushed in the exam room. I hadn't gathered my thoughts quick enough. I got some vague direction about menopause while we chatted in the hallway/office area. The visit overall was quick, cold, and unprofessional.

She seemed in a rush. She cut me off so I later realized I never got a question answered. She emphasized how annoying it is if someone rips the stitches and she has to get called in. Zero compassion or empathy. I'm now actively seeking another provider for this service outside the South Bend Clinic because it went so poor. I cried in my car after because she didn't seem to care about me or my pain.
