She truly listened, was incredibly understanding, and made me feel so validated. I was in pain during the visit, and I felt so embarrassed but she even let me lie down before I left, which meant more than she probably knows. Her kindness and care were so genuine that when I got to my car I was in tears, not from pain, but from pure relief and gratitude. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard and not crazy.
