Eliza Oun, Pa, was on time and very welcoming. Professional. Listened to my concerns and questions. Overall the visit was good which is what I've come to expect from Mercy. The only comment I had was that in some cases I prefer to see my primary care doctor and in this case her availability was too far out. This is a bit concerning as it relates to patient care and continuous patient and doctor history. This Is not related to Eliza Oun's expertise or knowledge. While the visit was unrelated to my primary care doc Eliza did comment on labs that I was supposed to discussion with primary doc.
