This was the first time meeting Dr. Katz since primary provider had no appointments.From the moment he walked in the room and engaged with my nine year old son, the connection was instant. My son felt at ease, included him in the conversation and treatment. The very next day, Dr. Katz called to provide an update on Imaging performed, a medical assistant could have called to share this update. As a parent I was pleased and overall happy with the outcome.
