PA Courtney Jee continues to amaze me with her professionalism, caring attitude & attention to my reason for visit & involving me in her plan of care for me. I appreciate those about her.

The pa was rude and did not show any concerns about what I was telling her, she just wanted to tell me what I should call Ortho for my problem. I explained to her that her suggestion was done for two years with no results and now she is telling me to contact them and schedule an appointment and when I told her that I have done that for two years after the surgery to no results, she raised her voice and said to not interrupt me and was angry with me. I asked her who ever called me to schedule the appointment could have gave me the number to call. Very bad experience.
