But it's hard to work through the phone tree, get a live staff person on the phone, and get an appointment when it's really needed. Dr. Ference is so good and so attentive, she is willing to set appointments quickly, with direct and prompt texts. That is what really happens. I am so grateful to her for her willingness to do that for me.
