“I really appreciated how thoroug...”
I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Iglesia was and how he explained why he wanted to draw certain labs in such a way that made me feel cared for and seen. I appreciated that he asked for my consent to make sure that it was okay to look at some of the lab tests he was drawing and that he explained his reasoning (and his education background) that gave him cause for concern into looking at those specific labs. No one ever gives me that much information.
