He used my name when addressing me without having a computer/paper in front of him. He made eye contact, listened to my questions and concerns. Addressed any doubt and made sure I fully understood the situation with the information he provided. I feel confident about the decision I'm making and now have no doubt that I'm well educated in the next steps of my health care.Hospitals are scary, I left there feeling confident and in control of my decisions.
