Dr. Santos was born in the Philippines and grew up in northeast Pennsylvania. His career in Florida began when he graduated from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL, with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. He then completed a highly competitive residency at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center where he received advanced training in general family dentistry.
