She asked me about my visit but did not appear to listen to me when I explained my condition. Her advice was to come back when the problem was worse, I could not get a appointment for a month so naturally the rash would be less visible.

I have trouble hearing her and almost always have to ask her to repeat the question while facing me. I've tried to express that concern to her, but she has continued to do this on every visit. [...]

She didn't take my concerns seriously. I was disappointed as it takes so long to get in. Although I'm happy my skin concerns isn't life threatening, it is irritating and bothersome daily. She shrugged it off and didn't offer any recommendations. I thought I could schedule to come back for removal at a later time which was fine but she didn't indicate this in check out so the front desk couldn't schedule.
