The provider did not rush and did not scare me or say things I could not understand. This provider is kind and patient. You should give this provider a raise in wages because kindness and patience are invaluable assets that technology cannot replace and human beings are prone to value efficiency over soft skills. This provider has excellent 'soft skills' and attributes that you cannot force all employees to maintain. This provider is very valuable and should be treated as such.
