“I felt like I wasn't believed an...”

I felt like I wasn't believed and the visit was rushed. Prior to her coming in for the visit, I overheard the MA chatting with her about my symptoms and laughing about it. That's very unprofessional. Especially as someone who works in the helping profession myself. I'm tempted to contact the board to report this behavior
