Dr Cheng gives me 100% of his attention during my visits. He never rushes me, he is heartfelt, and wants to reassure and comfort me.I experienced a 45 min delay in exam room last time. It added to a stressful day of doctor appointments. With that said, I hope every patient gets the same attention and care that I do. So if I need to deal with the delay, I can do it.
