“The entire visit was as smooth a...”

The entire visit was as smooth as silk. Everyone was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Bylow and staff demonstrated empathy and when appropriate, sympathy with my new diagnosis. Left feeling very hopeful and in very capable hands!
