It was a long visit, and Dr. Small-Tom came in at the end like a burst of sunshine. She had a very positivie attitude, warm and engaging manner. There is a prevailing message of "We'll take care of you; you will be all right" that is very comforting and encouraging. It's a wonderful way to approach health care choices.
