When I first entered the office I was a nervous wreck. I was so frightened because I have had root canals in the past and they were always so painful. The staff and Dr. Duong were very understanding. Dr. Duong was very patient with me. He was very informative, he took his time with me, and I never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry. Dr. Duong would ask me if I was alright during the procedure, and I was. After a few minutes I was no longer nervous. He would explain what was happening and what to expect, as he went along. I felt absolutely no pain after being injected with the Novacain. I did not need to be given any more injections during the procedure, which was such a relief for me. I would recommend Dr. Duong to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. Duong and his assistant manager Maja, were able to get my 87 yr old mom who had been in pain for over a week an appt for the next day! Amazing! They were caring and so professional in her care.
