I have been experiencing ear pain for several years and fortunately was able to see Dr. Brunetti yesterday morning. He gave me completely different information that I been given in the past about taking care of my ears. He spent a lot of time making sure I understood how to take care of my ears in the future so I would not be in my current situation w ear pain anymore. It was such a huge relief to leave the office feeling better. He is an excellent doctor and definitely the best ENT Dr. I have ever been to.

I am a professional trumpet player and have been dealing with increasing symptoms of lip pain and muscle weakness in my mouth. Dr. Brunetti couldn't diagnose me immediately, since my profession and situation are rare, but when I told him I'd been trying to get in touch with a specialist who had no openings for months, he specifically called them (right there in my appointment with him!) and told them the gravity of my situation. Overall he was highly empathetic and soothed my (sky high) anxiety as much as he could, as well as giving me a plan of action to move forward and get answers ASAP.

Had to wait 45 minutes from appt time. Doctor seemed rushed. Admittedly my issue was easy-no taste due to covid- but he didn't even address that issue. Luckily I knew the connection between taste/smell because he only talked about smell.
