It is important to note that more time was spent with the staff than the doctor as i was having allergy testing done. The staff was terrific at explaining how things were going to be done and what I could expect. Really knowledgeable staff here. Once done, Dr. Sohn came in and went over the test results with very clear explanations of what was learned and what was to be done going forward. She discussed all my issues with me as if she had no where else she needed to be. Now that is a great doctor!!! (Besides the fact that she was truly helping me solve my sinus difficulties!)

I went to my GP for clogging ear problem. Turned out to be a buildup of wax. She tried to flush out the problem with warm water. That wasn't fun. She recommended hydrogen peroxide, which made the problem worse, maybe it was too clogged. She referred me to ENT Associates. I made an appointment for the next day. Dr. Denny Varughese,MD was very nice, patient, efficient. He had this suction thing that looked a little alarming, but worked immediately. I can hear again. If you find yourself in a similar situation, skip the water flush and everything else and go straight to this guy. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Not even much of a wait at the office. He was great, and I'm not a calm patient. I have a Panic Disorder, so everything is 10 times harder than it needs to be.

Dr. C is very good, and my experience with your doctors generally has been good. ENT though is very hard to deal with. Like an inefficient government beauracracy. The most simple request can take forever, starting with a call center. In my Sept. visit with Dr. C, either she or her nurse forgot to include a prescription that Dr. C in our session said she was prescribing. It took 3 calls and roughly 4.5 hours to eventually get it.

I’m found Dr Chandrasekhar to be very knowledgeable and gave practical and useful guidance about my medical issue. My concern is that after the hearing test I waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor. There was no real explanation for the delay by the staff, nor were there updates about timing. This isn’t acceptable. It’s unclear whether this was a one off situation due to an emergency.

Dr ChandrSekhar is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable Dr. She diagnosed my problem quickly and was very confident that my hearing would return and tinnitus would go away after surgery. She says it could take up to 3 months for hearing to come back all the way and tinnitus to completely go away. I’m 67 this is by far the best medical experience I’ve had. I love Dr. C and know that she is very popular so there will always be some time spent waiting, but I have never spent less than 2 hours for any of my appointments (which usually last about 10-15 mins of time spent with the actual dr.).
