Dr. Ha is a fantastic doctor and his staff is amazing too! His admins are kind and personable, staff take you back quickly. The office is very efficient.
More info: Please bring your insurance card with you to every appointment. It is your responsibility to request a referral and bring it with you or have it faxed to our office prior to your appointment. If we do not have a referral when you come in you may need to reschedule. You are resposible for your copays at the end of each visit as well as any outstanding balance.
