“Although improving in recent vis...”

Although improving in recent visits, Dr. Little sometimes doesn't seem like she's listening. I felt I was about half way through the visit before I really felt that she was finally tuned in to what my concerns were. Then, I will say, I was encouraged there were some rare moments of warmth. I just wish it was a little more consistent from visit to visit.
