Everyone is so happy and nice. it has a really close family feeling through out the whole office. from dr the front desk they look like they actually enjoy their jobs. every time i come in and leave i have to tell everyone i met about how amazing every one in the office and how funny and nice the people are. Very quick on the diagnosis and had it taken care of that day with no problems. was more then willing to stop and answer any question i had and tell to me in a way that i could actually understand. Over all just an amazing time and just amazing people my favorite dr office that I have ever been to.

I am very happy with the pre-op appointment, entire out patient and post-op appointment, as well as, his staff. Dr. Richards builds confidence, is efficient and caring.
