long waits in the waiting area, when you finally get in appointment lasts a whole 2 minutes. Always backed up and appointment is never on time. Waiting on prior authorization for medication that the insurance company is requiring and I've been waiting almost 1 month and Dr. Gendron never did it yet. He says he is too backed up and has over 2000 patients and he can't get to it at this time . Soooooo I've been off my meds because of his laziness and will never ever return to him.
