This is by far the best PCP I have ever had. He spends an appropriate amount of time. He is knowledgeable and provides accurate and dependable advice. If Thomas Starr were to leave WELLSPAN so would I and follow him anywhere

Not everyone in the large WellSpan staff listens carefully to my wife or to me. Dr. Stoner ALWAYS listens carefully, and he never has a solution before hearing us.
