My daughter was very ill. We saw several doctors before finding Dr. Moorcroft who was willing to listen and help us find what was wrong and what the best plan of action was for us. After a long process of treatment and working towards getting better my daughter finally achieved some form of normalcy and health again. There isn't one set path to recovery for everyone with a chronic tick borne illness, and so it required a personal plan for treatment that Dr. Moorcroft has given to us. Dr. Moorcroft was excellent at helping identify what has been a rather tricky diagnosis, missed by our regular pediatrician. Dr. Moorcroft took the time to help everyone in my family get comfortable with the diagnosis, answer a long list of questions about the diagnosis, and start treatment for my son. My son is so happy to be feeling better that he's literally doing flips in the air!
