“Dr. Tom - Best Doctor Ever”

Dr. Tom is the best doctor I have ever seen, and I have seen many during the quest to regain my health. He is extremely intelligent, caring, and patient. Most people have a tough time reading me, but not Dr. Tom! That says a lot about how perceptive and observant he is. He is a great person and a great doctor. Thank you, Dr. Tom!

“Thorough, caring and patient -- willing to go the extra mile”

Dr. Moorcroft was excellent at helping identify what has been a rather tricky diagnosis, missed by our regular pediatrician. Dr. Moorcroft took the time to help everyone in my family get comfortable with the diagnosis, answer a long list of questions about the diagnosis, and start treatment for my son. My son is so happy to be feeling better that he's literally doing flips in the air!

“Progress and healing”

Dr. Tom has helped our family tremendously in identifying accurate diagnosis and establishing individualized treatment plans for all of our children. We have been struggling for many years with three children who have been diagnosed with PANDAS/PANS and there was always a missing piece of the puzzle in terms of underlying infection. It only took Dr. Tom one appointment to order the correct tests and identify the underlying infection, which was overseen by previous doctors. Now that we have the correct information, we have seen vast improvement with our children by following Dr. Tom's treatment plans. We feel as if we are slowly getting our children back. Dr. Tom genuinely cares about his patients and will sit with you for ample time to get to know your situation and will work tirelessly to formulate a plan. He also takes the time to explain everything in a thorough manner and we never leave our appointments wanting more.

“Great doctor willing to spend time to personally to diagnose and treat”

My daughter was very ill. We saw several doctors before finding Dr. Moorcroft who was willing to listen and help us find what was wrong and what the best plan of action was for us. After a long process of treatment and working towards getting better my daughter finally achieved some form of normalcy and health again. There isn't one set path to recovery for everyone with a chronic tick borne illness, and so it required a personal plan for treatment that Dr. Moorcroft has given to us. My daughter would not be in the place she is without him, and so we would suggest that anyone who is suffering with chronic illness be patient and trust the process to recover.

A patient for several years with several different diagnosis and recurrences, Dr Moorcroft has been instrumental in keeping me functional at times and in general bringing me so much closer to the self I used to remember being.
