Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Dr. Gillon earned his undergraduate degree at The College of the Holy Cross, where he was recognized as a U.S. Rowing Academic All-American, and in 2012 was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. Dr. Gillon earned his M.D. at Penn State Hershey College of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
