In the past, I have had experiences with medical staff where I felt they were doing their job and I was just the next patient on their schedule. This was NOT the case with the PA and Dr. Bowen. I was there because my MRI said I needed to see an Orthopedic Oncologist. When you get a message like that a million things go through your mind and it is a very emotional thing to process. Both the PA and Dr Bowen explained what steps they were going to take and what they would do after the next MRI. I left know what tests were going to be performed and when I would be returning to discuss the next steps.
