On the 8th of October, 2010 during a radio frequency oblation of the mucosa membrane in the rear of the nasal passage, Steven blatchford intentionaly pulled the high voltage probe to an un-numbed area just inside my left nostril and burned me. It was like multiple lightning bolts going off at the same time while he was burning (torturing) me. He is a very dangerous man and the police were contacted as well as the AZ.
