Dr. Cross is very empathetic. He's very understanding. he has always gone above and beyond for me- I had an issue one time and he came in on a Sunday for me! I have never heard of another doctor doing that. I would highly recommend him! He takes patient care another step further to ensure that his patients are comfortable and treated with the upmost care

Would suggest that better communication between offices about the exact nature of the follow up visit. Many thanks for accommodating me on that day as I had very little vision in that eye. My experience with Palmetto Health Ophthalmology, Dr. Cross, and his staff has been amazing. The treatment and care I received was more than I would have ever anticipated! Sometimes we take things for granted such as our eyesight and realize how horrifying it becomes when you loose your sight. I have 20/20 vision now and can not even express my gratefulness and appreciation to Dr. Cross and his team for such excellent care.
