This is a well run efficient office, the staff seems happy to be working together and are helpful to each other. The onsite lab is super convenient. Somehow they have managed to keep a tight schedule with virtually no waiting time. I would happily recommend this practice.

I called Dr. Hennigan in severe pain with torn shoulder. They got me in next day! She ordered an x-ray and gave me a shot for pain. It helped a lot. I will probably need surgery, but it relieved some of the suffering. She loves her patients!

Dr. Hennigan is always top-notch in diagnosis and thoroughness. She is extremely knowledgable I her field as well as many other disciplines. My only misgiving is time spent. Dr. Hennigan is obviously very booked up and more busy than perhaps is best. Although she is thorough I feel pressure to get my symptoms or concerns out in a hurry because she is clearly pressed for time. Kind of makes me anxious because I must speak fast and think of everything I need ahead of time or I’m out of luck. I forgot to tell the doctor an item yesterday and was physically steered out of the office and reception area by staff. - Made me feel like one of many and a bit offended. Dr. Hennigan’s staff are consistently efficient and responsive to inquiries, however.
I hope what I am trying to convey is clear. I would highly recommend her but wish this issue could be improved.

I wish that Dr Hennigans staff realized that Mr. Uselton is 83 years old and elderly people do not have computers, internet and smart phones. My dad has an old flip phone. They expect everything to be done online. Older people do not have this technology.

It was good. She asked questions and entered my answers into her laptop. Determined that I no longer need to be on Enbrel and has directed I get a Bone Density scan which I’ve scheduled for Tuesday, August 1. I am very surprised to have been found anemic inasmuch as I’ve been eating much more meats as well as drinking protein shakes, eating eggs & more vegetables. I am scheduling a colonoscopy per Dr. Hennigan’s directions.

If u have ra, or worse psoratic ra, u have to find medication u can afford as well a meds that work. Dr. Hennigan is the 1st dr in 30 years that has heloed me better a better (pain free) version of myself. Now that i am 65 w different insurance we r again navigating meds that will work, because of insurance restraints.

“Best RA in the area!”

Dr. Hennigan has been my doctor for close to 10 years now. She has always listened to my concerns. Recently after a surgery, I experienced an immense amount of nerve pain. She went above and beyond to help me through this horrific experience. I’m not on the other side yet, but I know I will with her supporting me every step of the way.

Always efficient but complete communication, waiting room is spacious, front and back office assistants are attentive, proficient, and work well together. I like visiting Dr Hennigan’s office because 1- Dr Hennigan is attentive, consistently makes me believe she cares about what I say, and I believe she knows her specialty very well.. 2 - the office is new and very clean, also never has been crowded because they seem to manage patient appointments very well - lots of patients just well managed... 3 - Dr Hennigan’s reputation in the community is very good. I had many friends recommend her before I chose to make my first appt.

Everyone was great except for the girl who took my blood. Also left me with the biggest bruise. I told her she had the band too tight and no response. I've had my blood taken several times through the years and I know how tight the band should be but it was pinching into my skin to the point I was almost in tears. I'm not one to complain but this was uncalled for. Thanks for listening.

Front desk coordinator not especially friendly and felt when voiced discontent via online portal I received a stern letter in the mail weeks later following what I felt to be an amicable and another successful appointment. Overall, I have never had no issues with Dr. Hennigan and I’m extremely pleased with the level of care and diagnosis. The most recent letter mentioned earlier was certainly unnecessary and offensive and has me considering my options for providers.

“Incredibly thorough and attentive”

Dr. Hennigan spent an incredible amount of time asking my mother a multitude of questions, looking through her records at past test results, and examining her body so that she could get a full and complete picture of my mother’s health. It was the most thorough inquiry we’ve ever experienced and exactly the kind of care my mother has been needing for quite awhile. Dr. Hennigan also explained the meaning of my mother’s past test results to us in a way that no other doctors had done before and ordered several more tests so that she can figure out the root of the cause of my mother’s medical struggles, rather than just treating the symptoms. We left the office feeling very thankful to have found Dr. Hennigan.

Dr. Hennigan has been doing a great job of controlling my RA the last 13 years. She always shows concern for my overall health in addition to managing the disease. She is a great listener and observer and gives good recommendations and lists the tradeoffs and possible side-effects/risks. Dr Hennigan is always on top of my labs to be sure the medication is not damaging my health and is swift to send me to other specialists when necessary to manage any issues.

The reason I trust Dr. Hennigan's expertise is because she has managed my medical condition for a number of years, and she's upfront and clear with the prognosis, treatment options, and what the next plan of action will be. I like the many text and e-mail reminders that I received for my appointment. I did not have to wait to see her, and my blood results were in the portal the next day. I also like it that she books my next appointment a year out. If necessary, I can communicate with her or her staff via the portal.

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Hennigan. She diagnosed me on the first visit. Got me started on meds right away. Unfortunately, they stopped working after a few months but that is no fault of hers. She has me on new meds and they are working great! Love how quickly they get to me and her no nonsense attitude. She speaks at my level and not over my head like most doctors. Last visit I was in and out in under 20 minutes...with lab work! Highly recommend this doctor.

“Life saving, amazing journey with Lupus.”

Dr. Hennigan was the most extensive provider I have ever had. She asks such an array of probing questions to fully understand my health issues. When she provided the diagnosis of lupus, I was so stunned I didn't know what to say or ask. I thought it was a female only disease. If I hadn't been in a lupus flare at that moment, it would have been more difficult and a longer journey that included removal of someone my lower intestines. The medication she prescribed corrected my gut issues. She is a life saver. Thank you so much.

The lady taking my blood had her ear bud in- and was loud enough that I said something to her twice and she didn’t know it. She also missed my vein which is hard to do, and said it was because the vein split… so she had to do it again on the other arm. Not impressed or happy. Health care providers shouldn’t be listening to music during procedures with patients.

Dr. Hennigan explained in detail the treatment protocol to help alleviate my knee pain. She injected both knees with no pain. The physician I had previously injected my knee with no anesthetic causing excruciating pain. She listened to me and was able to answer all of my questions.

I really like Dr. Hennigan AND her staff. I’ve been a patient a long time now. I have never felt rushed. She listens to my every concern and explains things very well. “Doing a great job controlling mu TA”

Dr. Hennigan has been doing a great job controlling mu RA. For the last 12+ years she had given my my mobility and life back.

I am able to work out at the gym, ride my dirt bike and work in the yard or workshop without issues.

She is always on top of my physical and mental health as well as my RA and does regular testing to ensure the medicines aren’t causing any harm.

Checked in on time, name called within 10 min. Weight checked and BP taken, immediately taken to exam room. Doctor Hennigan and her new PA entered within 5 min. I was introduced to her new PA who did the table exam. She was friendly and efficient. Dr Hennigan discussed my med refills, and eye exam and lab tests needed to bring me to date. My office visit was very thorough. As someone with multiple health diagnoses, the care I received was greatly appreciated.

“I plan to get on a great work out time 3/4 days. 3 days a week would work”

Dr Hennigan gives me great workout advice that I can do to help my lupus. So come Monday I am Going to need to get a buddy to work out with. That we go as a pair. So that theirs no miss understanding we need to have great hard core work to be done. Taking care of myself is the key! I hope to shed some weight & that would be awesome!

When I get there she's always happy to see me! She checks to see where my pain is and how bad it hurts. She also checks to see if I'm swollen.
