“First time doing teledermatology and had an outstanding experience”
This was my first time doing a virtual visit with a doctor, and it went really well. The process was simple, and all the technology worked smoothly. I sent pictures in via email beforehand, so there was no struggle trying to view the issues through the webcams and Dr. Frankl had time to take a look prior to the appointment. Dr. Frankl was friendly and made me feel just as comfortable as if we were in the office in person. She was thorough in her examination and gave me clear steps on how to take care of my issue. Overall, it was convenient, quick, and effective!

“tech piece was easy and visit was perfect”
Connecting was seamless. I did send photos of my problem the day before and Dr. Frankel efficiently told me what the issue is and called in a prescription at a mail service pharmacy. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
