Have had 5 visits and never had to wait a minute past my scheduled appointment. Patient Coordinator Han is professional, empathetic, energetic and easy to connect with. Han was also good at calming me down during my highly anxious moments regarding size and style. RN Yuma extremely patient, professional, and caring and never makes you feel stupid for multiple questions thru email with very timely responses. Surgical RNs excellent, Anesthesiologist excellent - no nausea after waking up, Surgical Center with private exit for pickup.
Dr. Ching is calm, professional yet personable. After listening to my desired outcome, he recommended size and style within my breast width parameters and helped me make an educated choice. Han was also very instrumental in this.
I am petite, athletic, like to workout (mostly run but gym exercise too), 5' 1", 94 lbs. I did not want to have 2 balls on my chest especially being over 50 years old. END RESULT: My breast augmentation revision was not straight forward. I needed strattice to prevent rippling because I have very little and thin breast tissue (I had a significant amount of rippling) and I needed my L nipple lowered. I am 100% satisfied with my results. Dr. Ching used his expertise to choose my size within a stated range. I honestly would have chosen a smaller implant and would absolutely have regretted it. His surgical skills are excellent. I am a little over 7 weeks post op and my breast look and feel wonderful. Truthfully, I would rather have a skilled surgeon than a "nice" surgeon but with Dr. Ching you get both.
I high recommend Dr. Ching.

I came to Dr. Shim Ching for a breast augmentation in 2015 and am EXTREMELY happy that I did. I have never felt pressured or uncomfortable in his office with him or any of his staff. He listened to what I wanted and gave his input and educated me on the procedure. I never had a problem getting in contact with my nurse if I had any questions or concerns prior to and after my surgery. On the day of surgery I was very well taken care of and even told Dr. Ching that if he felt that going bigger in size would be more proportionate for my body then he could, that's how much I trusted his judgement and surgical skill. He did decide to go bigger and I am VERY happy that he did! I feel that if I had gone with the original size I had decided on I would want to go bigger again. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with all of my care and my end results. If I did decide to have any other procedures done, I would definitely come back to his office and I recommend him to all of my friends!

“ Excellent care and treatment for my Breast Reduction and Lift”
My experience with Dr. Shim Ching and his Medical Staff has been nothing but Excellent and Professional. Five weeks ago I underwent a Bilateral Breast Reduction and Lift using the Horndeski Procedure and I can now say five weeks later that I am no longer experiencing the constant back, neck and shoulder pain that I have had for several years now. My over the shoulder bolder holders grew to an astonishing size 38 H. That was also due to my genes that I inherited from Puerto Rican and Russian heritage. I finally accepted that I had to undergo surgery to give me some relief and to improve my quality of life. Being from the Big Island I had to do some research to find the most capable surgeon there was and after looking and reading a lot of different reviews from many patients and on quite a few surgeons from Hawaii, I settled on Dr. Shim Ching. My final decision came during my first consultation with him and from the moment I stepped into his office I was treated with excellent care. Dr. Shim Ching and his staff during my whole experience have worked hard to explain all the details and to make things easy for me to decide. I was reassured and put at ease that this surgery for was going to be the right one and with the Right doctor. I am so happy that I have chosen this practice to take care of my needs. Everything that I have gone through with the healing process was explained very well and I knew what to Expect. I did get a small infection in my Right breast about four weeks out and Dr. Ching's medical staff immediately got me in to see Dr. Ching and my infection was immediately addressed. Three days after being put on antibiotics I am back for a follow up and I feel so much better. I woke up on this day and was pain free for my follow up. I am so pleased with how my surgery went and with the healing process. The first few weeks were hard but I knew from the beginning what to expect. Undergoing a breast reduction with lift is no easy matter but it was the right surgery for me and my quality of life has vastly improved. I am able to buy now blouses that can finally fit me and it is only going to get better from here. I am looking forward to healing completely and getting down to a breast size that is build just for me and my body. I can't wait to have my breasts settle into their perfect size made just for me and my active lifestyle. Every staff member from the front desk, to the surgical team, nurses and Dr. Ching himself have been so attentive, professional, compassionate, caring and excellent with taking care of me and my needs during this process. I recommend Dr. Shim Ching and his practice to anyone who needs to undergo a breast reduction and lift. I am very happy and pleased with my experience.

“Very happy with Dr Ching and staff with my reconstruction of previous bad job by other doctor”
Dr Ching was compassionate, kind and willing to listen to all my fears of last surgery with another doctor who has blotched up my breast continuously for three years, trying to fix mistakes and bad job he did.
The whole staff and Dr ching was exceptional in knowledge and the main thing was they listened.
The other doctor cut into me before i was totally numb, and I was in excruciation pain during and after operation, Dr Ching and Staff, understood my fear of pain and made me comfortable and pain was managed well during and after my procedures. I would recommend anyone who needs work done by Dr Ching, and anyone who need reconstruction that was done incorrectly before by other doctors.
I am a small person and the other doctor made me a double E size when i specifically said i wanted smaller breast, i was a C before the bad doctor redid my implants because they were leaking after over 10 years of the old implants. Dr Ching made it possible for me to wear clothes again that has low cut for dancing, and I am so happy that my nipples are not above my bra line which the bad doctor had made.
I cant thank Dr Ching and staff enough for the excellent job and service.
