I have never experienced a surgeon who was willing to sit down and talk with you answering any and all of your questions, providing visual aids, and most importantly, taking all of the time that you need and not rushing each visit. From before the surgery to aftercare, Dr. Lo has been very attentive, engaged, and goes above and beyond his job.
