I would like to thank Ms. Ardaiolo and staff for helping work me in the schedule so quickly. I had formally went to another eye doctor in the area, and with three visits (no solution with the soreness) I decided to go here. So thankful I did, I ended up having an object in my eye causing the problem for the last two months. Within 20 minutes I was heading home and feeling better. I walked in and was greeted kindly, asked just a few quick questions, and was entered into system and got seen promptly. i was seen by a very patient technician and doctor that asked thorough questions that led to me seeing better in sample contacts while dilated than with my previous prescription and uncovered another health issue that she is contacting my doctor to follow up on and then she is going to follow up with me. My doctor was very caring in making sure I understood everything. My mother had great care here, so I am glad I switched to Asheville eye Associates.
