The staff that we interacted w/at Children's Hospital in Appleton was really great. The eye appointments that my daughter had, they were very patient & very thorough & very understanding that she's 2 & doesn't like to sit down. They did a very very good job.

Dr. Czerniak is amazing and one of the best healthcare providers I've encountered! She listens to my concerns and never dismisses them. She is honest and forthcoming with options and recommendations. I trust that she has the best intentions and wants the best for our child in her care. The wait was a bit long between techs but I also understand it was a busy day but we were not made aware by any of the tech staff that the wait would be a while. Not a huge issue but recommend to have someone check in on patients waiting mor than 10 minutes in a room. Or let them know ahead of time if the wait will be a while.This had nothing to do with Dr. Czerniak as that occured before we even saw her.

We finally felt heard during this appointment and got the help my daughter needed. Very professional and kind during the whole visit. The doctor was extremely thorough, which I appreciated and explained everything well until we understood completely.
