Look at the negative reviews for a common thread. He will only address one issue at a time, even if they are related. you will get your 15 minutes on a single topic, that they can bill for. Dr. Kay and his staff have always treated me in a way that has long been forgotten. It harkens back to the days when the doctors came to you, took there time, and addressed all your issues thouroughly and carefully. Dr Kay stands alone as a doctor who practices these principals in todays fast paced medical system. I could not be happier with my choice of primary care physician.

I would not return to this practice, I found them to be very unprofessional. I spent so much time waiting and felt that I was being rushed everytime. I also find the staff very rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this doctors office. I also question their ability.

I have been using Dr. Kay's services for just over a year now and found his office to be both very professional and accommodating. One of the best things about seeing Dr.Kay is you will never feel rushed or that he didn't answer all your questions...it's great not to feel like a number and treated by someone that truly cares! They have great office hours (open late and Saturdays!)so I am not forced to change my day or lose out on valuable work hours.
