dr. rodman and her entire staff are both professional and warm - a rare combination. i had no reservations about having the procedure. all of my questions were answered fully. i would recommend this practice to anyone seeking either corrective or cosmetic surgery.

“Septum correction”

Doctor Rodman is wonderful. She took time to understand what was going wrong inside my nose and make a game plan for correcting it. Her office team worked with my insurance to help get the surgery booked, and we all know how ridiculous and overwhelming dealing with insurance companies can be! 10/10 will be back for addition services!

“Life changing difference”

The occipital nerve decompression surgery done by Dr. Rodman has nearly 100% removed my migraines. I had daily migraines before, that many times ended in the ER from stroke like symptoms that appear in the worst of them. My surgery would have been considered a success if it reduced the number of migraines I had to 15 migraines a month or 50% less time. So far, I had one menstrual migraine that was treatable with naproxen.

The surgery itself was easy. General anesthesia is always a jarring experience but it was very smooth this time. Dr Rodman had lots of thoughtful insight on my migraines before the surgery and was open and communicative about her analysis post surgery. I've healed mostly on two incision sites with one complication on my large incision that didn't surprise me once she explained what happened and hasn't caused any extra pain. I was back to working from home within a week and was well enough to interact with my family lightly after two days. A+++ would do again.

Amazing surgeon, well versed in her skills and way of communicating them. Greatly prepared and creative. If you have need about head and neck surgery (Otorhinolaryngology), and even skull work, she's your bet!

“Lip Filler”

I have previously seen Dr. Rodman for surgical services but i wanted to visit her for simple lip filler! I had no particular desire in specific shape for my lips and i told Dr. Rodman to simply do what she thought would look great and she did not let me down! I also had her put some filler in the tip of my nose, which I would not trust any average inject to do since it is such a hard place to inject! I plan on continuing to visit Dr. Rodman for injections into the future!

“Stretched earlobe repair”

I saw an Instagram video where Dr. Rodman repaired a torn earlobe and I knew I wanted her to closed my stretched earlobes from my youth. I was able to get in within the week and the procedure only took about 30 minutes and I was out of the office within 45 minutes and able to return right to work. Used my lunch break and felt no pain the rest of the evening.
