Doctor Rodman is wonderful. She took time to understand what was going wrong inside my nose and make a game plan for correcting it. Her office team worked with my insurance to help get the surgery booked, and we all know how ridiculous and overwhelming dealing with insurance companies can be! 10/10 will be back for addition services!

The occipital nerve decompression surgery done by Dr. Rodman has nearly 100% removed my migraines. I had daily migraines before, that many times ended in the ER from stroke like symptoms that appear in the worst of them. My surgery would have been considered a success if it reduced the number of migraines I had to 15 migraines a month or 50% less time. So far, I had one menstrual migraine that was treatable with naproxen. The surgery itself was easy. General anesthesia is always a jarring experience but it was very smooth this time. Dr Rodman had lots of thoughtful insight on my migraines before the surgery and was open and communicative about her analysis post surgery. I've healed mostly on two incision sites with one complication on my large incision that didn't surprise me once she explained what happened and hasn't caused any extra pain. I was back to working from home within a week and was well enough to interact with my family lightly after two days. A+++ would do again.

Dr. Rodman goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend. I was told by other physicians there was nothing they could do for my nose. However, she stepped up and was willing to take my case although probably every surgeons nightmare :)She is a superb surgeon technically. However, what sets her apart even more from others is her compassion. She truly cares about her patients and treats the whole person. She gave me Hope which I needed the Most!

Without a hesitation I would recommend Dr. Rodman to any Transgender patient/family looking for Facial Feminization surgery. She explained every detail of the procedure to us and has an amazing bedside manner. She truly invests in not only the patient but the family as well. I was kept informed throughout the 11+ hour surgery from the nurses in the OR. The PreOp & PostOp visits have all been wonderful - the office staff are equally as amazing to work with. I have previously seen Dr. Rodman for surgical services but i wanted to visit her for simple lip filler! Dr. Rodman performed a Genioplasty (advancement of the chin bone and tissues) and neck lipo on me I couldn't recommend her enough. She listened to me for hours, walked me through all my options and balanced out my facial features out perfectly. It was one of the best decisions I ever made to not only finally fix something that had bothered me for years, but also helped my snoring that used to wake me up and probably my neighbors. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Dr. Rodman helped calm our fears and assessed the work done by the ER. She handled all of our questions and continued to assess our daughter to determine if additional work was needed. With her recommendations the scars are healing better than expected. We will forever be thankful.

Dr. Rodman explained everything very well from what she saw from the old injuries to what I can expect from the surgery. Love her! She does this super cool technique where she does micro injections to spread out the Botox, and I have found that it looks way better than other places I've gone with traditional injection techniques. She's very personable and I truly enjoy her bedside manner!!
