Dr. Cook and his staff are excellent, they provide professional and caring support. The staff handled all of my insurance, scheduling, and follow-up in a cheerful and efficient manner. Dr. Cook was willing to answer all questions and take the time to provide explanations when I didn't understand medical terms or procedures. “Beware, and Honest Review”

First off, the scheduling office is utterly useless and very disorganized. My primary doctor's office had to fax over my referrals 3 times before their office finally received them. Each of the three times, when I called to confirm them being sent, their office would make up these bizarre excuses and blame it on the primary. They would not do anything to remedy the situation at all, and would place all the blame on myself and the primary I use. Utterly Useless.
