I’m an Army Veteran who needed a Nexus Letter for a VA claim. The problem was that I didn’t have extensive medical records documenting all my injuries and medical treatments due to being deployed to Iraq. Dr Purcell did a thorough examination of my neck/back and asked about each of my past injuries. With the few records that I did have, he was able to make a determination that the pain I was experiencing was caused by injuries that I received from my active duty service. The Nexus letter he wrote secured my 100% disability rating from the VA. I’d like to thank Dr. Purcell and his staff for their patience and dedication.
