Biography

Dr. Philip Josephs, aka "Dr. Phil" was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and is the youngest of three brothers. He grew up in Jamaica for most of his adolescent years and moved to the USA when he was 15. Dr. Josephs attended Columbia University in New York City for his dental training and then went on to complete his Periodontics training at the Veterans Hospital in West Los Angeles and UCLA.
